Tool Time maintains a State of CA, Class B General Contractor’s license as required by law for home repairs greater than $500. Additionally, Tool Time maintains a state required Bond, General Liability insurance to cover home damage up to $1M, and Worker’s Compensation insurance on our employees in the event they sustain injury while on your property. Finally, as an extra level of security for our customers, we ask potential employees to undergo a criminal background and DMV check as part of the hiring process.

ERIC CALAMIA
Founder & CEO
Eric has lived and worked in the Bay Area his entire life. After obtaining a BS Degree from SJSU in Industrial Technology, he spent the next 25 years in the high tech industry; 16 years at IBM and 9 at Camstar Systems in various Engineering and Sales Executive positions.
Prior to starting Tool Time, Eric spent time outside of work helping friends and family with various home repair projects. In 1985, he built his own single story home to which he added a 1,500 square foot second story addition in 1998.
These experiences gave him a wealth of knowledge and confidence to start Tool Time and grow it into the small business it is today with 5,000 satisfied customers!
